Last Bond Roofing.

Last Bond Roofing is a rolled roofing system that can cover a variety of existing roofs such as coated roofs, metal roofs, wood, and SBS cap sheet. This system includes a self adhesive rubber mat with fleece top or “membrane”. We fiberglass the membrane before applying two coats of Tucson Rubberized.

Where it Started

Every roof is different, and as a result, every roofing job has specific requirements. For this job we begin by decluttering and pressure washing the roof to prep it for the system.

Rebuild Areas

Not every roof requires soft spots to be cut out, however this one did. You can see where we had to remove parts of the roof and rebuilt the areas.

Rolled Roofing & Fiberglass

In this picture you can see that the Last Bond Rolled Roofing has been applied and fiber glassed. All of the edges are sealed to waterproof it.

The Finished Roof

The last step is to apply the two coats of Tucson Rubberized, leaving a beautiful, long lasting roof.
